Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time.
ThatTutorBot may offer a 30-day free trial to new users. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
Users agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ThatTutorBot and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
ThatTutorBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall ThatTutorBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
